Breaking the Silence
Creating Space for the Hard Conversations
Let’s talk about something most of us avoid.
Suicide.
Not in a dramatic way. Not in a headline way. But in the real way. The quiet way. The way it shows up in long nights, in exhausted sighs, in the “I’m fine” that isn’t fine at all.
This is one of those topics that feels heavy. But silence is heavier. And when we stay silent, people struggle alone.
Right now in the United States, suicide remains one of the most urgent mental health crises we’re facing. In 2023, more than 49,000 people died by suicide. That is about one person every 11 minutes.
